It is a fantastic location. All shopping malls, hospitals, and banks are nearby. The metro station is not far away. Local markets are close by. Roads are also nicely maintained and lit, and a police station is nearby. Shared ola uber is also available. There is a calm environment.

A peaceful spot to stay. Because it is located to Balewadi High Street, you can easily find decent retailers nearby. It also includes a lot of playgrounds and parks where you may have fun.

This is definitely a desirable location for tenants. The location is fantastic because it is close to the IT park in Pune. Public transport is simple to use. There are well-kept roadways.

I've lived here for ten years and the people are extremely humble and friendly in nature. The transport is excellent, and I don't have to wait long for anything. There is adequate electricity and water supply, and the area is safe at night.

The electricity supply is adequate, and public transit options such as Ola cab auto are available. Water supply is properly maintained, Nagar Nigam is doing a fantastic job, traffic congestion are minimal, and roads are good, clean, and clear. As a result, pollution is also low. Schools, colleges, and hospitals are nearby. The grocery stores are within walking distance, and the airport is close by.

It is a beautiful place with serene locations nearby. The basic transport system is easily available at affordable prices. Pashan roads serve as the main approach road for the Mumbai-Pune expressway.

Pashan is located close to Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi. It lies closer to Baner, Aundh, Dasar, Bavdhan and Khadki, as it is bordered by Baner in the north and Sus on the west. It is well connected and has all the needed facilities within the vicinity.

- There is no sitting area in many of the parks and benches are broken
- The garbage trucks sometimes doesn’t come everyday to collect the garbage
- Due to many construction projects, there are considerate amount of dust pollution seen
- The Pune Bangalore Highway is far from the locality of Pashan
- The rental rates are not increasing at an expoential rate as IT offices in Hinjewadi are bit far from Pashan
