Good things here

There were no issues with water or electricity. The landlord was very good and cooperative; they would promptly solve any issues we faced. The society was clean, and the security was very cooperative. People were nice, and festivals were celebrated. The lifts were well maintained. Auto cabs were easily available, and there was no traffic issue.read more

Things need improvement

There was a slight issue of fungus and leakage in the flats. We had to take an auto to reach the local railway station as it was not nearby. We had to take a membership to use the gym, swimming pool, and other amenities.read more

The society boasts abundant greenery and is well-maintained. The secretary is highly cooperative, and residents are responsible; no littering occurs, keeping the society clean. The most significant and major issue is the condition of the roads outside the society, which are in very poor shape. It's difficult to understand how elderly individuals and pregnant women travel here because the roads are in such bad condition. The stretch of roads from Panchavati dhaba to the society, spanning 1-2 km, is particularly in dire condition. The government hasn't allocated funds for their repair.read more
