Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has sold two apartments in Mumbai’s Goregaon East area. According to a Moneycontrol report, the two apartments, which are located in the residential complex Oberoi Exquisite, have collectively been sold for Rs 15.25 crore. Ranveer had purchased these properties in 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore each, according to the documents accessed by property consultancy Indextap.com. The transaction involved the payment of a stamp duty of Rs 45.75 lakh for each apartment.
Located on the Western Express Highway near Oberoi Mall, the apartments come with a usable area of 1,324 square foot (sqft) each and feature six parking spots in total. The sale was registered on November 6, 2023. The apartments were purchased by an individual residing in the same residential complex. In addition to these apartments in Goregaon, Ranveer Singh has multiple other real estate holdings.
