Good things here
The staff here is polite and friendly. There is no problem of power cut. There is a park available nearby where there is greenery all around. School and hospital are also not very far from home. Many facilities are available near home.read more

During the rainy season the roads are filled with rainwater. There is a need to increase the facilities of the hospital.read more

Good things here
The property is based right next to western express highway and still happens to be walking distance from Malad Station of about 10 mins or so.. The Property has recently been painted and comes with 2 car parkings. Schools, Hospitals, Good Street Food and Hotels nearby.. Malls such as Oberoi, and Growels 101 is about 10 mins drive.. The house is vaastu compliant as well.read more

Malad is well connected to the rest of the city through the Malad Railway Station on the Western Line and the Western Expressway. Mumbai International Airport is approximately 10 km away. Also, the proposed Malad Metro Station on Line 2, tentatively scheduled to open in 2020, is expected to improve the area's connectivity and increase residential demand in the locality.
