Good things here

The staff here is polite and friendly. There is no problem of power cut. There is a park available nearby where there is greenery all around. School and hospital are also not very far from home. Many facilities are available near home.read more

During the rainy season the roads are filled with rainwater. There is a need to increase the facilities of the hospital.read more

Good things here

The property is based right next to western express highway and still happens to be walking distance from Malad Station of about 10 mins or so.. The Property has recently been painted and comes with 2 car parkings. Schools, Hospitals, Good Street Food and Hotels nearby.. Malls such as Oberoi, and Growels 101 is about 10 mins drive.. The house is vaastu compliant as well.read more

There is no dislike as such but if you don't like a well maintained home with good neighbors who have been living since decades then this property is not for you ;)read more

Top of the hill Residential Area, Gated Community with all provisions, Well Lit, Safe, , New buildings coming up, Greenery, Mandir , Park, Shops ,Highway, Metro , Auto Stand , Railway station, Market, Malls , Movie Theatres etc all accessible,read more

Things need improvement

Construction work can be carried out at a faster pace to complete the neighborhood. Roads should be further widened asap.read more
