Good things here

infact this project is in AECS layout, Brookfield, Whitefield and not Munnekollal. Project is in close proximity to market, restaurants. Good happening area, Mostly young crowd. But this project is not offering Cauvery water. Only borewell water. I think that is a minus point considering depleting ground water level in Whitefield. If the project is completed, as promised, it would be a great place to live in.read more

Things need improvement

Most of the buildings rely on borewell water. Cauvery water is in very few buildings. Roads are in bad condition and waste disposal is poor. Main Road is swept everyday but no one cares about internal roads. Hardly swept.read more

1. Metro not available. Bus stand available < 500 meters 2. Nearest mall is 4 KM 3. Nothing else, come and checkread more

Good things here

Kauveri water connection is available readily. No frequent power cuts. Schools, Malls and restaurants are around 1 km away. Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Narayana e-Techno School, Vibgyor High School, VIMS Hospital, Manipal Hospital Dmart, More Supermarkets. 1 km from Outer Ring Road and Spice Garden Bus stop. It's clean. BBMP people sweep and collects garbage regularly.read more

Plan properly to avoid being stuck in traffic. A busy area. Can cause traffic jam during school hours.read more

Everything, both cheap and luxurious, will be available. There are schools nearby, as well as a play ground and a supermarket. Shopping is also within 2 kilometres, and there are showrooms for branded clothing.
