Good things here
The construction in the society is good with no issues of seepage or leakage, and the connectivity is also excellent with schools and hospitals nearby. There was no problem with waterlogging at that time. All amenities such as gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. Power cuts were rare, and cleanliness was well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Amenities were only available for owners, not for tenants like me. As a tenant, I didn't have access to any facilities, which was not ideal. Additionally, parking was not available for tenants, and there was no covered parking, which was another drawback of the society.

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easy to approach near by the society even there is a local market near by the premises.All the amenities were available like swiiming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc in the society and everything was functional and well maintained.Security systems was very good and all the areas were under cctv survilance.24/7 and guarded with security professionals. 24/7 Water and electricity supply was available in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction was poor,there were many cracks inside the apartment and wall used to break due to cracks.There were many restriction for tenants to use amenities like tenants use to get less time to use amenities in the society.There was no as such socializing or community gatherings in the society.

Good things here
Managing committee was so attentive toward resident's issues.there were bachelor's and family both kind of resident but everyone used to celebrate all the festival together .swimming pool ,club house,kids play area,gym all the amenities were maintained and in working condition.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there were power cut issues.ev charging sockets were not provided.solar panel connection is given only for hot water.only common areas were alloted for power back facilities

Good things here
Allocated parking was provided for resident and visitors.connectivity is top notch.neighbourhood was the best .women and men safety was priorities.build quality was good , extra charges were not taken from tenant to use any of there facilities.

Construction has become old,maintainance system of the society can be enhaced.society can add up more amenities.

Good things here
Schools and hospitals were at walking distance.cabs and auto facilities were available easily.bachelor's were allowed and there were no specific rules for them.
Things need improvement
High maintainance charges,even though managing committee has no transperancy with resident.building has become too old and there are some leakage and seepage issues as well.issue resolution process is worst we have to call private service provider for everything.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool club house kids play are very well maintained.surrounding is beautiful ,neat clean and hygenic environment.parking is allocated for resident and visitors.conectivity and build quality is great.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities has to be enhance,connections are provided to common areas only.

Proper garbage disposal sytem has been adopted in the society to enhance the environment.build quality is great ,security sytem is commandable and strick towards rules.24/7 water and electricity supply available.amenities are very well maintained.

Society has not provided power back facilities to resident ,they have alloted it to common areas only.

Good things here
The society had excellent connectivity as it was connected to the main road. There were shops nearby, so there were never any problems regarding this matter. The roads were also in good condition, and both hospitals and schools were nearby.
Things need improvement
The society had issues with construction due to its age, such as a significant problem with seepage and inadequate water supply. Because of these issues, I had to leave the society.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, and there are currently no problems with seepage or leakage. Maintenance services are reliable, and power cuts seldom occur. The cleanliness of the area is well-maintained, and there is good connectivity with a nearby hospital and market. All necessary amenities are provided, and there are no issues regarding parking availability.
Things need improvement
There are no problems in the society; all facilities are available, and there is no need for any improvement.

Good things here
Overall, my experience there was quite good. The society was spacious, and ventilation was excellent. There were no issues with water supply, and being close to the highway, connectivity was also good. All amenities were available, and there were no power cuts. The society was kept clean and hygienic.
Things need improvement
There could have been more activities in the clubhouse. Additionally, a better system for entry and exit for garbage disposal and better maintenance would have been beneficial.

Good things here
Everything in the society is good; all amenities are available and well-maintained, and there are no power cuts. The maintenance of the society is good, and the lifts are functioning very well.
Things need improvement
There is a slight issue of seepage in some flats, particularly in the bathrooms, which occurs a bit too frequently. Additionally, one side of the road leading towards Wakad is not constructed, leading to waterlogging issues and excessive dust and dirt. It's a residential area, so construction work should ideally not take place at night to avoid disturbances.

Good things here
Allocated space for parking available for owners and visitors.Auto,cabs were easy to approach near by the society.Build quality was good there was no leakage sepage or cracks issues in the society.All the modern amenities were available in the society and eveything was fully functional.All the festivals were being ceebrated in the society overall good place to live.
Things need improvement
There was no railway station near by the society and metro line was also not available in this WAKAD area.

In case of an emergency, there is also a hospital nearby. Last but not least, safety and security aspects are pretty strict.

The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in few minutes only. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem.

The connectivity is never an issue also, the colleges, schools, shops, ATMs are nearby. Furthermore, the view is great and you can enjoy calm evenings in your balcony as the neighborhood is also good.
