The like thing about this locality is that there is no pollution in this locality this is because heavy chemical industry is not available in this locality.

The dislike thing about this locality is that there is no parks is available in this locality and there is no greenery is available in this locality and the second dislike thing about this locality is that there is no drinking water is available in this locality. Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station nearby, restaurants and grocery shops near by Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

It is a well lit area with grocery stores nearby. You can easily get anything from there. The area is well developed but still faces problem of water shortage and frequent power cuts which are bothersome.

It is one of the best place to live at in Navi Mumbai, but recently we realised that the smell of pollution gas is a persisting problem here and can make life very difficult if you don't get used to it.

Taloja is a prime location in Navi Mumbai and offers good connectivity to places like Kharghar, Panvel, Thane, Belapur etc. You can easily find everything here in very close proximity except pure water. As the locality faces a severe shortage of water.

- Important office areas in the vicinity include Khargar and Seawoods located within 5-15 km of Taloja

- There was no direct bus service for Pethali, authority has planned to run route number 55 to cover those areas
- The 1.20 km stretch from IGPL Chowk to Nagzari Village Phata is pending due to land acquisition issues, MIDC Taloja is working on it
- Unauthorized use of huge dredging machines and suction pumps can cause the Kalamboli bridge to collapse
- Taloja is safe, however, people should be careful when moving through empty streets at night
- The Sion-Panvel highway, close to Taloja, is often in darkness, will soon get the LED fittings
- In Taloja MIDC, the company owner is facing security arrangements problems, the SP has assured to to increase the patrolling
- The problem of non-lifting of garbage is increasing, the civic body should increase the number of vehicles for the collection of garbage
- Burning of garbage in the dump yard in the Sukhapur area is causing pollution, residents have lodged a complaint
- Taloja is not getting adequate water supply, residents are demanding that they should be supplied with at least 675 liters per day
- The smell of the gases from the MIDC Taloja is spoiling the beauty of the environment and locality
- Rental rates ar high near the commercial and industrial hubs than other residential areas
