March 4, 2024: In a bid to facilitate more people to participate in the City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) Lottery 2024 Mass Housing Scheme, the development body has set up a kiosk booking counter facility at Taloja and Dronagiri nodes. Under the Cidco lottery 2024, over 3,322 units will be made available.
With the help of the staff at the Kiosk Booking Counter, applicants who are having an issue with online registration can easily apply for the lottery. The staff will also clarify any doubts that interested applicants may have with respect to the lottery.

Important dates
Submission of online application for the Cidco Lottery 2024 ends on March 27, 2024 and online payment ends on March 28, 2024. The Cidco Lottery 2024- lucky draw for Mass Housing Scheme 2024 will be held on April 19, 2024.
What is the earnest deposit money to be paid?
EMD for EWS and LIG is Rs 75,000
EMD for general category is Rs 1,50,000
Interested applicants should pay Rs 250 as application fee and Rs 45 as GST along with the EMD. Note that while the EMD is refundable, the application fee and GST is non-refundable.
