July 11, 2024: The computerised lucky draw of the Cidco Mass Housing Scheme January 2024 where 3,322 units has been postponed to July 19, at 11 AM, mention reports. These units are located in Taloja and Dronagiri. The lucky draw was to be announced on July 16 but has been now again postponed with the authority citing technical problems.
While the Cidco Mass Housing Scheme January 2024 started in January and planned till March, it got extended owing to encouraging more people participation. The lottery ended May 26, 2024.
While initially the lucky draw was to be held on July 7, it was postponed due to the Code of Conduct for Legislative Council Elections to July 16 and is now planned to be held on July 19, mention reports. The refund of the earnest money deposit (EMD) will be done from July 29.
However, the Cidco website still mentions that details about the date of the lottery draw will be published on its website shortly.
Meanwhile, all the people who have participated in the Cidco Mass Housing Scheme January 2024 lottery can check the final list of accepted participants on the Cidco website.
