February 2, 2024: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) will be giving away 3,322 units in Taloja and Dronagiri under the Cidco Mass Housing Scheme January 2024. This lottery will cater to the EWS income group.
The registration of the Cidco lottery started on January 26, 2024 and the online applications for the Cidco Mass Housing Scheme January 2024 started January 30, 2024.

To participate in the Cidco lottery, log on https://lottery.cidcoindia.com/. The earnest deposit money (EMD) is RS 75,000 (for EWS and LIG category) and Rs 1,50,000 for general category. The EMD along with Rs 250 (application fee) and Rs 45 (GST ) has to be paid.
