After the success of ‘Mission 96’, City and Industrial Development Corporation, has set another record by casting 500 slabs in a record 489 days in its Mass Housing Scheme project that falls under the under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) “Housing for All” scheme.
These slabs have been cast in buildings in Taloja’s sector-28,29,31 and 37 that is a part of a residential complex under the Mass Housing Scheme, that is given away as part of CIDCO lottery.
“CIDCO has set an objective of completing the construction of apartments under the housing scheme in less time, with the use of advanced technology. This has ensured fulfilling the dream of the home of common people by providing them with the houses in less time, without compromising the quality,” said Dr Sanjay Mukherjee, vice chairman and managing director, CIDCO.
CIDCO, with the use of advanced technology and without compromising on the quality, has completed casting work with a recorded speed of 1.02 slabs/day. Architects, planners, engineers in CIDCO and the project consultants AHC, and TCE_HSA Associates have made meticulous planning under the guidance of Dr Mukherjee has achieved this extraordinary feat.
