The most unique thing which make this place special is there are schools, malls, restaurants nearby. Seriously I was amazed to see this because this facility has many benefits from saving time to saving transportation fees.

Good things here

Near the Mumbai Monorail , bus depot that connects to South and central Mumbai, off the Eastern Express Freeway and with fruit, vegetables and fish markets in the area this location is self sufficent and extremely well connected. The flat itself enjoys lots of air and sunlight as there is no obstructing building due to it being road facing. Police and judges quarters nearby make this very safe. In addition 24X7 security, intercom system in each home and CCTV cameras enhance security. A children\s play area in the compound and adequate area for walking keep your health well.

I have been here for 1 year and I have nothing but good experience. here's traffic is very low and very safe feel at the night time. that's is awesome place.
