Moreover, efforts towards cleanliness are evident, making it an attractive choice for families seeking a well-rounded living experience.
Things need improvement
Despite its many attractions, Lodha New Cuffe does have some drawbacks. One such concern is the occasional noise and congestion due to the bustling nature of the Dadar neighborhood. Additionally, while the area offers a variety of dining options, some residents may find the lack of high-end restaurants a limitation. Furthermore, although Sushrut Hospital provides medical care, some residents may prefer more specialized healthcare facilities nearby. Lastly, while efforts towards cleanliness are noticeable, occasional littering and maintenance issues may detract from the overall appeal for some residents.

Good things here
The most unique thing which make this place special is there are schools, malls, restaurants nearby. Seriously I was amazed to see this because this facility has many benefits from saving time to saving transportation fees.
Things need improvement
Literally there is nothing that could be disliked about this place. But if you still want to add some more facilities here, then I will recommend you to go for opening a gym in this society.

Good things here
Near the Mumbai Monorail , bus depot that connects to South and central Mumbai, off the Eastern Express Freeway and with fruit, vegetables and fish markets in the area this location is self sufficent and extremely well connected. The flat itself enjoys lots of air and sunlight as there is no obstructing building due to it being road facing. Police and judges quarters nearby make this very safe. In addition 24X7 security, intercom system in each home and CCTV cameras enhance security. A children\s play area in the compound and adequate area for walking keep your health well.

Constantly undergoing upgradation of infrastructure and a plethora of temp-les all vying for the devotee's attention

I have been here for 1 year and I have nothing but good experience. here's traffic is very low and very safe feel at the night time. that's is awesome place.

Here's apartments are very expensive. some times it's going to little bit polluted place , otherwise it good.

cab are always available within 10 minutes form uber and you can easily get taxis on the road very easily
