Good public transport is available here with quick connectivity. Cabs and auto are easily available. I will always feel safe to travel because of frequent police patrols. good schools and hospitals are also available nearby. The location is good but public transportation is not much available. A mixed aspect is offered to the buyers. It is a reputed developer and they have lived up to the reputation. The area is quite safe, patrolling is done continuously in the area. Rare crime scenes are reported. Roads are well maintained. And most importantly, connectivity is fluctuating. It's a huge complex with lots of space and you can get lost in the beginning! Although the maintenance should be better. I would be happy here.

It is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location, as the area is quite and no traffic around, so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you. The quality of the construction is really good. Everything in close distance from here, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality.

Must say, It is the most promising residential project. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings are very good and latest. Excellent location and amenities. Clubhouse with children play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more. I have purchased flat and i a waiting for the possession which i will get soon. The location is quite and no traffic around. Good for long-term investment, if you are planning to shift here.

Good things here

yes i feel safe for myself and my brother in night time because the police petrol all night and the cameras are installed in this location.the transportation and cab availability is very good and well maintained in this place.no i can't face any problem of water shortage because the water flows every time.the High school and big malls and famous restaurant are near by about 1 km.the history of crime in neighbourhood because the people are not Angry and very peaceful
