Good things here
the roads are wide and spacious public transportation is accessible easily no waterlogging and roads in rainy season the malls are nearby the residents are decent

there is no parks waste disposal is unhygienic the polution is lot sound pollution is high frequently water shortage the streets are dimly lighted no police patrolling the crime rate is moderate not safe after 10pm

24/7 electricity, water available. Almost 1 km to KPHB metro and safe place. Neat amenities and no tankers needed during summer.

there is nothing to dislike this is well maintained homes and also there are lot water shortage and low powerbill malls schools parks are nearby and metro in walkable distance lately a well educated society live here

yes easily accessible local market and Mall. yes it is clean at all time No here I am not facing water shortage. No there's is no history of crime. very good quality of roads and low to moderate traffic in this locality

Very near to Highway, walkable to Metro station. Grocery stores, Market, Hospitals, schools, colleges and Temples are walkable.

No concerns noticed or observed in Kukatpally from last few years. Recently they started laying cc Roads in colonies.

Kukatpally in Hyderabad is place very good It has all good connectivity with roads and street has beautiful atmosphere finally metro connectivity available in nearby

There are lot of high traffic jam sometimes, pollution is also at moderate level and Due to some noise some construction

Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station is 2kms away. Multiple hospitals, schools, restaurants and grocery shops within 5kms. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

Kukatpally is fast becoming a major residential cum commercial hub in Hyderabad. The change is visible everywhere as I look now when I am out on the roads. All necessities are increasingly accessible also.

The quality of drinking water in the locality is pathetic as people fall sick quite often and the drainage system is also not good. There is inadequate parking space and thus the locality sees traffic congestion during the peak office hours.

There are 2 schools and 1 college near the locality and you can easily get admission and save time on commuting. The quality of education in these institutions is quite decent. The locality still has a lot of potential to improve.

There are cinema halls near the locality and if you are a movie lover then you can easily watch movies on weekends with your friends. The mall is a great place to hang out. There are small stores spread in the locality asw ell, that can cater to the daily requirements of the residents.

The rents in this locality are reasonable and if you are someone who is coming from other city then this is the best place for staying. The quality of services on offer in this locality is above expectations and there is ample greenery in the locality which is often lacking in tier 1 cities.

The locality has excellent public transport as metro and bus stops are near the vicinity and commuting becomes easier. There are various autos and E-rickshaws available in the locality as well, for travelling short distances. One can always book an Ola or Uber as their services are available in this locality.
