Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport. Malls and markets are also available nearby. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. Maintenance quality is also good with no water, electricity supply or water logging issues. The residents are decent and celebrate all festivals together. There are no mobile network issues. The security system is well maintained.read more

Connevtivity of the society is very convinient, all transportations are easily available,public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced.read more

Residents have access to 24/7 drinking water and a steady water supply. Security measures are robust, with CCTV surveillance and security guards present. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, parks, and play areas for kids are provided, along with a banquet hall. The society is safe for children and women even at night, fostering a friendly and cooperative community environment where cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Connectivity is really good like local railway statio,bus stand,cabs stand is at walkable distance from the society. Build quality is really great like no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment. Poor security system in the society like Half of the cctvs are not functional and entry to other resident should be prohabitated by the securiyt staff. Society is not at all clean and well maintained. There are extra charges to use amenities in the society. Allocated parking has not been provided and there are charges to use parking as well.read more

Connectivity was good because the society had a school and hospital nearby, the roads were well-built so there were no traffic issues, all amenities like garden, parking, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were available, people in the society were friendly, I never faced any leakage or seepage issues in the society, overall my experience there was good, all facilities were available in the society and were well maintained.read more
