Karjat is a hilly green locality near Thane which is fact developing into a residential locality. Karjat is a site famous for treks, adventure and even film shooting. People from Mumbai and Pune are preferring to invest in property in Karjat to avail of the present low rates of property here. There are mostly apartments and some villas also being built in Karjat and many projects are coming up in this area. Karjat is the last station under the Thane subdivision and is located at about 100kms from both Mumbai and Pune. There are great heritage historical sites in Karjat and these include the Bahiri and Kondana Caves, the Kothaligad (Peth) Fort, the Jain Temple and the Kondeshwar temple. The Ulhas river flows through the middle of Karjat and splits it into 2 halves. Though there are different kinds of property available here, 1 and 2 BHK apartments are the most preferred and popular and they cost between Rs 30 to 35 lakhs at present rates. Good things here

THe benefits is that the society is just behind Dmart , it has over 65% open space, 3 gardens in a society is amazing. The new karjat panvel railway line is coming up just besides it and the station will be 5 minutes walking

We feel very safe here, even at night, as the community is secure and patrolled, providing peace of mind for both ourselves and our families. Water supply is reliable, with no shortage to disrupt our daily lives. Transportation is highly convenient, with cabs and public transport readily available, making commuting a breeze. The streetlights are well -placed and bright, illuminating the roads adequately for evening walks post 9 PM. Additionally, electricity charges are reasonable, and power cuts are rare, ensuring a consistent and comfortable living experience.
