Good things here

Project nearing completion, adjacent Indus international school and Azim Premji University. One of the best for the investment and for staying, i felt 21st castle is giving best in the price when compared several surrounded projects

Things need improvement

no reason do dislike this project since in this budget this is perfect one , before reviewing i suggest you to talk to sales team 21st castle

Good things here

This locality is very good locality to live with family and it is also safe at night due to high security and police presence. There are no crime and also we can easily get all the essential aminity that are needed for our day to day life. good transportation facilities and 24/7 electricity and water supply.

Good restaurants
Safe in the night
Well lit streets
Lot of green spaces
Great cleanliness

Things need improvement

There are no park and playgrounds are available nearby and also markets are not available at walking distance.

Good things here

Sarjapur is a decent spot.it is pleasant territory,quite green and tranquil territory region, and the nature the region is great and near then bus station further more schools in university give an open door to the children to travel less.

Things need improvement

serious grid dialogue is a huge issue particular during hours because of floor of vehicle, continuous development ventures, and not wife street this cloak creates setback and add to higher contamination level especially during morning and night drives

Good things here

Sarjapur Road is a good locality. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Good Locality. The best living place, offering excellent connectivity, proximity to IT parks, efficient transport, and a clean and friendly society.

Things need improvement

In this location big and huge problem is power cuts. In this place occasionally power cuts happened, and pollution is a big issue for this place. There is a problem of water scarcity in this area. Lack of footpaths and streetlights . Even though Gunjur has a decent cover there is lot of dust because of the on going construction activities.

Water is available mainly Borewells .Roads in Prime Areas are Clean and Sarjapur Town Roads/Athibele Road/Bus Station Areas areas are wide and Internal Roads are also conveniently Laid.Big Apartments are available at Reasonable Prices.D Mart is on Main Road of Sarjapur.Autos/Cabs/Public Transport is easily available
