Good things here

Good place to have flats here, price are little bit higher because its nearby SG highway but ya you can purchase properties in sarkhej okhaf. electricity charges are decent. no power cut not at all, torrent power working fine. school and malls are available, public transport are available very easily.

nobody faces any type of water shortage. the streetlights are good working and they are well lit for walking post at 9PM.

The society is well maintained. Only permission for bungalows in society. The society is peaceful and calm and high chances for an investor to get good returns.
