Good things here

This place is good for healthy environment and happy lifestyle. Best location for local markets. Public transport are easily available.

Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
Public transport accessible
Accessible local markets
Decent residents
Well lit streets
Low pollution
Peaceful and not crowded

Things need improvement

Not any issue but malls and branded stores not looking in the area. Street dogs are more looking in the area.
