Good things here

Low traffic and quality of roads is good. No water logging on roads during monsoons. Metro, bus, auto and cab facillity easily available. Rohini west and east metro station near. Supermarkets and hypermarkets available for daily needs shopping, various shops also available. Safety in nights and this area is not crowded.

Sector 10 , The best place one can imagine to live. Great connectivity through Rohini west metro station nearby. Lot of Malls and supermarkets are here like D Mall.

There is nothing to dislike about the place as it is full of comforts and all services like medical stores and grocery are nearby
