Good things here

It has temple inside, Mother dairy, Suffal sttore, market booths for your daily needs and some fast food stalls there, good road condition in the society. Also there is safety as night, also guards at night and CCTV installed at main gates. It has well maintained parks with greenery and for track for walking, running. It has 2-3 Pg's for girls. Rented houses for family also.

Things need improvement

There is no immediate metro connectivity, but there is from sector 15, also pollution outside sector as there is much road traffic jam (but it happens sometime) as there is much crowd living in Khora colony. Also sometimes in summer there is power cuts and FYI water is coming in morning and evening time only.

There is a great market where you can shop and eat and the connectivity is good and not too safe in the area.

Things need improvement

You will feel safe at night but be careful to not mess with anyone because it is there area and they can harm you so be safe

Sector 15 is renowned for its excellent connections and reasonably priced housing for both rent and buy. There are many safe highway and clean roadways. Pollution is also low. Additionally, there are no concerns with water or electricity shortages and the police administration is efficient.

Sector 15 is no doubt a good place with great amenities and good transportation facilities. The livability rate here is good and properties are also quite affordable. Transportation facilities are also good but the locality is not at all safe for people during night time
