Linked to Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, it is located in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. With direct connectivity to the NH 24 (Delhi Lucknow Highway), the region easily gets linked to Lucknow through the cities of Ghaziabad, Hapur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur and Sitapur. To enhance the connectivity of the region, the Noida Authority is speeding-up the work on the Faridadbad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway (FNG). Moreover, the connectivity of this area has received another boost with the extension of the existing City Centre Metro line to the Noida Extension. The locality witnessed huge growth on account of systematic infrastructure developments along with planning for creation of a lot of residential and commercial spaces in the region. Good things here

5KW electricity connection available. No crime. Quality of road is good. No water clogging. Cabs and public transport readily available on main road outside the sector. Water connection with booster pump and 2000 liters overhead water tanks available. Fills up easily every day with 1 hour booster run.

Ample open space. very quiet. can use green belt space outside the house for self-use. Only one gate oof the block is open at all times. house is very near to the open gate.

Good things here

Best place for Bachelors and Family Market, school & Hospital are walking distance from Apartment. Noida biggest Saturday market is just 100 miter away.

Things need improvement

This East Facing home is on the 3rd floor & is over 1250 sqft. You get ample dedicated parking space - Security, CCTV, Lift and Security Guard available 24*7

Good things here

Very Green, Well Connected, Close to Metro stations and malls, Safe, Well Ventilated, Close to Doctors, Schools etc.

Things need improvement

Its a beautiful place to live in .. difficult to find anything to dislike .. I don't understand what to write about dislikes if there is nothing like that ..

Good things here

Good lighting a night as street lights are in working condition. Power does go out a lot, but if you go to office, it doesn't matter much.

Things need improvement

Since it's only a single building, no greater,bigger neighbouring group to celebrate together. Lift is very small. very difficult for top level residents.
