Located on the Blue Line extension of the Delhi Metro railway, Noida Sector 52 is a station in the Indian city of Noida. A pedestrian walkway that spans 300 meters connects this station to the Noida Sector 51 metro station on the Noida Metro's Aqua Line. As part of an agreement with the Noida Authority, IKEA will construct an elevated walkway between the two stations. Sector 52 in Noida is a highly inhabited area that benefits from the city's well-developed public facilities and proximity to amenities like Forest Land and Triphala Park. The Indirapuram community will benefit greatly from the Delhi Metro Line's extension all the way to Mohan Nagar. Sector 52 is conveniently located near several major thoroughfares, including Vishwakarma Road, Main Road Gijhor, Captain Shashikant Marg, and Sai Baba Temple Road. Sector 52 is serviced by the Sector 52 Noida Metro Station. In addition, NH19 provides access to the nearby Okhla Railway Station (14 km away). In addition, the international Indira Gandhi Airport is only about 30 kilometers from Sector 52 and can be reached by Mahatma Gandhi Marg. The total population is 8612. The total female population is 3960, and the total male population is 4652. The area is 0.87 km². The nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International airport Delhi. Good things here

Sector 52 is probably the best place to live by, lush green area with almost no traffic it had 5 parks

Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
No water logging on roads
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible

Well lit streets
Often police patrols
Safe for children
Lot of green spaces
Great cleanliness
Low pollution

Things need improvement

markets are very less, rent is quite high and most of the gates for main road is closed , only one gate is open

This is the best budget friendly area where plots are available in good prices. Many facilities like transportation, good schools, hospitals are easily accessible in this area.

There is nothing to dislike about this area but only one thing that needs improvement is that the roads are no wide and spaceous which makes difficult to park cars and bikes on road.

Good things here

We do not have to face any water shortage issue. All great schools, hospitals, malls are easily available at walking distance. There were low electricity charges and low frequent power cuts in the area. Cabs and buses are easily available.
