Good things here

no I have not have faced water shortage, apart from this traport were available easily. good schools are nearby and you can commute to banks etc as well easily.

Good restaurants
Decent residents
Safe in the night
Well lit streets

nothing as of now as it is going development day by day. however some time caused very crowd due to market but that too for us.
