Good things here

Good environment with minimal disturbances. Located within walking distance of a school and hospital. Well-maintained law enforcement and regular police patrols, making it a safe and secure place for family living.

Things need improvement

Noise pollution from heavy traffic jams can be an issue, and occasional power cuts occur due to maintenance. Additionally, some parts of the area are still developing with ongoing roadwork.

Good things here

Sector 75 in Noida is a vibrant area that blends modern living with convenience one of it's standout features is the excellent connectivity the noida metro and major roadways make commuting a breeze the sector is surrounded by lush green spaces and parks providing a refreshing escape from urban hustle

Things need improvement

while sector 75 in noida has many positives there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning one major concern is the ongoing construction which leads to traffic congestion and noise pollution the roads can get crowded especially during peak hours making commutes frustrating

Good things here

I feel safe for my self and my family in the nighttime within the locality because of an friendly environment near the locality and availablity of night gaurds during the night period during different like monsoons it doesn't flood there is a good drainage system.

Things need improvement

Although the environment is good but the availablity of great school hospital and malls in your or near the locality is less even though during monsoons the streets don't flood but still there is frequently power cits even after the rain is over which not an pleaseant experience.

Good things here

There is a railway station nearby which can be reached easily. There are parks and malls nearby. The children's school is nearby. The hospital is also nearby where all facilities are available. The electricity supply is good and there is no problem with water supply. There are many restaurants and shops available nearby. Public transportation and bus, taxi facilities are available

The parking facility is not good. The bank's ATM machine is also not nearby. The police do not even do patrolling at night. In many places cleanliness is not properly maintained.

Good things here

The quality of roads are very good in the locality and their is no clogging situation during monsoon. No tension about water shortage because they are available all the time. There are great schools and moles near to the locality with full of security and safety

Things need improvement

The parks are well-kept and lush with foliage. And it is pretty simple to book ola uber and even home delivery services people because the locality is easy to find and good, so one does not have to go through the trouble of making the person comprehend the regionThe locality provides adequate water and electricity supply throughout the year
