Good things here

Main thing is this is traffic free pure residential area. No high rise buildings. But main issue is the innumerable paying guest accommodations due to which roads are becoming congested. Parking of vehicles becomes a major problem. Many roads hv no foot paths. Another big issue is the road side unlicensed food joints. Connectivity to MG road : Basavangudi / kumara park / old airport road / Fraser town is not much. Now major work is being undertaken by beds in this area. It may take 3-4 months easily. After that if roads are done / foot paths are tuned up it shd look better. The property rates keep moving up and up month by month here Rental values are on high. Still in total it is good to live here. Center of the city

Good things here

Good connectivity and affordable property prices have attracted many to this locality.The Western Line of Mumbai suburban network divides Nalasopara.

Things need improvement

Nalasopara east is a crowd area. Markets and train in always public rush. And in rainy season water logged.

Nalasopara east for best connectivity for mumbai to thane. Also good connectivity near by location virar and vasai. Branded showroom and markets available in nalasopara.

Nalasopara always crowded area. Always rush in Western line railway.Nalasopara east is not proper developed area.

Nalasopara is the best area of low property dealing and rental. Near by connectivity of mumbai and center line and gujrat highway.

Nalasopara is rush area. Always Western line is rush in train. Conjected roads in nalasopara. Water problem in nalasopara
