Good things here

Spacious home and ample parking space right outside the building. It is secure and gated along with double doors for each apartment. Its a clean and peaceful area a little outside from the main city for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle while still being close to the essential amenities.

No water logging on roads

Hospitals are accessible

Accessible local markets

Good restaurants

Decent residents

Often police patrols

No crimes

Safe for children

Lot of green spaces

Great cleanliness

Peaceful and not crowded

Things need improvement

There are no shops nearby, a minimum of 800ms of walk would be needed to go to the closest provision store. But ordering from Bigbasket or Swiggy Instamart is a solution to that.
