its very affordable plus connectivity is very good, you get metro station near by, good for students

Wide and spacious roads

Low traffic

Decent residents

Things need improvement

not so clean, market is very far, online food delivery sometimes is not possible, unsafe after 11pm roads are broken

No police patrolling
