There are no traffic issues and public transport is easily accessible within 500m. Monthly feedback is taken for lift, CCTV, and other amenities, ensuring they are well-maintained. The absence of waterlogging is also a positive aspect. The presence of a well-maintained gym and clubhouse adds to the convenience. It's disappointing that there are only simple things like a regular pool and basic facilities. Also, not having any stray animals around might mean there aren't many parks or natural areas, which could make the neighborhood feel less lively and nice. read more
