Good things here

good apartment with good connectivity and good build quality. metro is very near by. hostioal and schools also near by

Things need improvement

main issue here is lot of street dogs inside the community. animal activist inside the building supporting and feeding these days. so if we want to go for a walk or go to basement for picking up our vehicle we have to be careful as these street dogs can attack any time. if these dogs are removed from the apartment then this is one of the best appartment in chennai.

Guindy is the one of the most lovable residential areas in Chennai. Guindy is well connected with each part of the city. it is almost close to the city centre and there is good transportation facilities like autos and Uber or ola facilities are easily accessible. markets and grocery stores are available at walking distance.

Good things here

Here all the amenities are easily accessible and there are no power cuts and water shortage problems. Transportation facilities are easily accessible and alot of shops are available at walkable distance. Many schools, hospitals, grocery stores are available nearby.
