in the locality school is available easily, because schools is nearby of this locality and malls and restaurants is also available easily there is no difficulty for finding schools,malls and restaurants.

there is currently no shortage of water, which is a relief for residents. accesstp ample of water is vitalfor daily activities including drinking of water, cooking and sanitation and agreeculture.

Yes, most of the schools, good hospitals, malls are near this area. All these services are available within 1-2 kilometre.

Everything is nearby , anything we desire we can get effectively without to much hustle , metro is near by , 10-15 strolling to get to prepare station , Basic food stores are near by .

Welcome to your new home. the area is in Thakur complex kandivali east a posh locality in western suburbs within a great school district hospitals close by, malls in vicinity public transport accessible just outside the gate on the pavement there is a bus stop. autos in vicinity, accessible for ola/ubers etc. close by to metro station magathane line no. 7 great theaters and malls in vicinity and safety is prime.

no dislikes its a great neighborhood very accessible for all mode of transportation and mumbai being one of the most safest localities in the country safety is never a problem here

electric charges are good there is no frequent power cuts in area . roads are also good no more traffi6is there no till now I don't faced any pollution issue yes markets and malls are also present no till yet we don't face any water shortage.

Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station is 2kms away. Multiple hospitals, schools, restaurants and grocery shops within 5kms. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

Kandivali East is a fast developing resdiential area that has good amenities and infrastructure. This locality is on the western expressway and is close to the international airport. The only problem is of water logging during rains and periodic water scarcity.
