The good thing is the markets are close and the services her are excellent. Electricity her barely causes any issue, the maintenance of the building is well taken care of. The transport facility here is excellent.

All the hoses are sea facing which is a huge attraction for people the view here is just exquisite, there is a big tourist spot at a walkable distance so at evening you can just go out and enjoy the time.

You can find difficulty in finding schools. As Haji Ali is the premium place to live the rent here for middle class is quite high and its hard to find budget oriented shops. The locals is expensive too.

Of course one of the many important things is the prime location as its just beside Haji Ali dargah and the view is exquisite from the living place. Because of the tourist attraction there is so many street vendors with great cuisine.

Parking here is hard to find as it’s a tourist place so it attract a lot of vehicles be it private or cabs so its difficult to find a safe parking space. The police also puts challan on vehicles if parked wrong.
