Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society.read more

Traffic issues are faced a lot outside the society, auto are available but waiting time is huge as society is on the main road. Paintings are not done on time in the society. Plantations are not done in the society. Main gate of the society is not in a good condition. I have my own vehicle and have never faced any parking related issues. Security guards are available. CCTV is installed in the societry. Lift are in working condition and maintained on time. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The society is neat and clean. Water and electricity are always available. Water logging never happened. Seepage and termite issues has still not arised. Construction quality is good. Flats are very well ventilated. People are friendly and cooperative in the societyread more
