Good things here

I feel safe and my family feels safe at night in my locality The streetlights are properly working and they are well lit at night. The great school, hospitals and mall are easily available near my locality. The quality of roads in my locality are very good and no clogging situation during monsoons . The locality is well maintained and the locality is clean always and no problems of pollution in the locality.read more

Good things here

Great connectivity to Railway Station, upcoming Metro station and nearby Airport. Easily connected to Western Express Highway. 24 hours running water and Power cuts unheard of. Good meal options and 5-Star Grand Hyaat Hotel on walking distance. Premises are clean maintained.read more

This is a heavily populated location as Santacruz E serves as a hub for Road, Rail & Airport connectivity. Its a working class locality with decent options for clinical healthcare, restaurants and local services needed for residential apartment dwellings. Rickshaws are available at the Society gate itself and Society has 24 hour security with CCTV cameraread more
