Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained in the estate. People are very friendly and respectful. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to the book plaza and other facilities within the estate. Water supply is very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they come for wet and dry waste separately. Maintenance charges are reasonable and the service is excellent. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance, making it very convenient. A hospital is available within a 100-meter radius, which is very convenient.read more
