HCC sells land parcel in Panvel, Navi Mumbai for Rs 95 crore

A stamp duty of Rs 5.7 crore was paid for this transaction.

December 8, 2023: Infrastruture company, Hindustan Construction Company (HCC), has sold a land parcel spread across 2.35 lakh sqm in Karnala Village Panvel, Navi Mumbai to Oak & Stone Construction for Rs 95 crore, mention documents accessed data analytics firm CRE Matrix show.

A stamp duty of Rs 5.7 crore was paid for this transaction that was registered on December 4, mentioned the documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

HCC has sold the land after a resolution that it had passed on November 9, 2023 that was part of the plan for debt resolution.
