The Marathon Group has launched phase-II of its flagship township project, Marathon Nexzone in Panvel. Phase-II will have four towers of 33 storeys each, with 20,000 sq ft of retail space and numerous podium amenities. It will have a mix of 1BHK and 2BHK homes, with prices starting from Rs 44 lakhs for the 1BHK and Rs 62.5 lakhs for the 2BHK units. Marathon Group is currently launching the first two towers in Nexzone phase-II – Daffodil and Cedar.
Speaking about the launch, Samyag Shah, director of the Marathon Group said, “With phase-II, we are looking to complete the picture, by bringing in 1BHKs at Nexzone. Since our launch, this has been one feedback that we received from our customers and channel partners alike. There is a big demand for spacious 1BHK homes in the area, which are not only closer to the upcoming airport but also set up in an area which has thriving social infrastructure. One of the advantages we have, is that we are closest to the airport and at an advanced stage of construction.”
Marathon Nexzone is located six kms from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, on the NH4. Mayur Shah, MD of the Marathon Group, added: “Our ambition is to create great homes with thoughtful floor plans, brilliant views and great lifestyle amenities, within a reasonable budget. Nexzone is one of the best townships we are developing.”
The 1BHK apartments in phase-II, have been designed, provide more usable carpet area. It will also have balconies of over five ft in width, accessible from the living room. Phase-II will have a large podium, common between the four towers. This space will have a separate kid’s play area, a jogging track, landscaped garden, a fully equipped gym and a dedicated indoor games room as part of the clubhouse of the project.
