Primus Senior living has teamed up with The Wadhwa Group to develop ‘Primus Swarna’ senior living spaces. A part of the Wadhwa Wise City Panvel integrated township project, ‘Primus Swarna’ will be housed in two exclusively designed towers, with the first tower consisting of 1 and 2 BHK apartments and launching soon.
Adarsh Narahari, managing director, Primus Senior Living said, “Senior living is a very specialised segment and the requirements for setting up and running such a home are very unique and demanding. This project is perfectly positioned, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, in the lap of nature, but yet in close proximity and well connected to major cities like Mumbai and Pune.”
“We work with the philosophy of reducing the process of ageing through a combination of proactive medical care, use of technology and providing a specialised elder centric environment. Seniors from Mumbai can now be part of such a unique community and have the additional benefit of getting their loved ones to be part of the same township,” added Narahari.
Navin Makhija, managing director, The Wadhwa Group said, “Mumbai is in need of such active senior living homes and given our respective strengths, we believe that this partnership will work to the benefit of our seniors living in the Mumbai region.”
Expected to be completed in three years, the project will provide all the services including proactive medical care, in-house restaurant, concierge, housekeeping and maintenance services, easy access to emergency healthcare, 24×7 security, CCTV cameras etc. Additionally, a range of diverse activities will be conducted for the residents to give them an opportunity to pursue their passion.
