Have been majorly working from home, giving me time to appreciate so many things better about my home. Firstly location, location, location. Possibly best location, I love it because of its developments is rising as a real estate investment destination. Everything at fingertips for me. Asking for a review of one of India’s finest project is really tough. I mean where to start and where to end. Firstly let me talk about design and the is just too much!. Thank God I invested in advance! Amenity-list is huge; won’t be able to finish. It will be basically the best place to live in Mumbai, that much I am certain.

Seven Eleven Apna Ghar Phase III has met all my expectations. Excellently connected which is a rarity in Mumbai as I hear. Amenities are superb. Almost everything you can imagine is already here in this project. The area is safe for moving about till late at night. Water logging issues still remain but then that is still minor which will be fixed before move in. Overall, a full and high rating is what I would give. Seriously impressed! read more
