Sometimes my balcony is filled with water logging issues which is a concern. For using the amenities seperate charges has to be paid, it is not included with the maintenance charges. Sometimes parking area becomes conjested as outside people park their car randomly at places. read more

The most pressing concern was waterlogging on the society's roads, contributing to inadequate cleanliness in the area. There was also insufficient water supply for drinking purposes, affecting residents' daily lives. Sunlight was insufficient in my flat, impacting the living conditions.
