Juinagar is an area in Navi Mumbai of Maharashtra state in the Konkan division. It is also the name of a railway station on the Harbour Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. The railway colony is the biggest colony in Juinagar though much of the residential blocks belong to the CIDCO and a few other private housing societies. The main market is near Sadguru Hotel and Suyog Arcade - which is the most prominent complex in the area. On the whole, Juinagar is a small but self-sufficient township having excellent connectivity to Vashi and Nerul. Of late, the sprawling a multi-facility hospital named Mangal Prabhu and a new petrol pump at the main market have made life more convenient for the dwellers. Juinagar is connected by rail on the harbor line, part of the Mumbai suburban railway. Traveling to destinations across Mumbai by rail often involves taking a train to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST). Jui Nagar is strategically located in the vicinity of famous schools, colleges, modern hospitals, prominent shopping malls, and many more. The accessibility of key points around Juinagar and the quality of living within make it one of the most sought-after residential areas.

Good things here

The friendliness of the residents and the neighborhood's cooperative spirit make it feel like a close knit place to call home. the convenient amenities availability is a significant advantage. From local markets and school to healthcare facilities and recreational areas, everything is conveniently located, making day to day living smooth and hassle free

Things need improvement

While essential services are a plus point for this locality,the area might lack diverse entertainment and dining options. Residents may need to travel to other parts of navi mumbai for a broader range of leisure activities. the heavy traffic challenges and noise pollution are notable,which may have been really improved over the years and it should be improved as soon as possible.

Good things here

Here electricity supply is good and its charges are also normal. There is a government and private hospital nearby. School and medical shop nearby. cab and public transportation is good. Bus stand is nearby and bus facility is also good.

Things need improvement

There is no good gym facility near here. Dogs run behind vehicles at night and there is a fear of being bitten by them.At many places the street lights do not work properly and during the rains the potholes on the road get filled with water.
