Good things here

I have seen this place grow into a more vibrant and well rounded locality. Vashi also stands out for its excellent infrastructure yet well having good connectivity with the navi mumbai railway station and proximity to the mumbai pune expressway making travel convenient. The development of major shopping centres like inorbit mall and the presence of numerous dining and entertainment options have made it a self sufficient areas.

Things need improvement

The growth of this region has led to increased traffic congestion which is particularly around the major commercial hubs,which can be frustrating during the most peak periods. The bustling nature of this area also means more noise levels which atr often higher than in more residential parts of navi mumbai.

Good things here

Electricity supply is good and there is no problem of water supply. The neighbours here are decent and educated who live together. The locality here is pet friendly. Cabs and autos are easily available nearby. There is no problem of public transportation. There are many good hospitals and medical stores nearby. The police keeps patrolling during the day and night for safety. Parking facility is also available. There are good clubs and pubs available nearby. The garden and park are also just a few steps away from home.

There are no cctv cameras installed at many places on the road and many times incidents of mobile snatching are also seen. Things are available at higher rates in the nearby grocery store. There is no good tuition institute available nearby.

Navi Mumbai Vashi offers a perfect blends of greenery and urban life, with well planned roads, peaceful neighbourhoods, and proximity to business hub.

Things need improvement

Vashi is Navi Mumbai faces traffic congestion limited Parking, and occasional flooding during monsoons, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Good things here

Cosy Little 2 Bedroom Apartment on the Ground floor, in the heart of the city, with more than three schools, Engineering college, Management college, Hospitals, Jain Temple, Gurudwara, Shiva Vishnu mandir nearby. Public Transportation easily available at walking distance. Access to Vegetable markets, at walking distance.

The locality is very safe for the child and your as there's often police patrol. There's are many decent residents in the locality The streets are well lit.
