Narhe is a fast developing residential locality in the southern suburb of Pune. This locality has the privilege to be at the junction of the Mumbai Bangalore Highway and the Katraj Duhe Road by pass. The Katraj Satara road is also cnnnected by the Katraj by pass road. This area is surrounded by Vadason Budruk, Ambegaon Budruk and Nanded. There are several industrial and business parks in the vicinity of Narhe and this has increased the demand for purchase as well rental property in Narhe. 88% of all the property are apartments and 90% of them are 1 and 2 BHK apartments. There are 8 new residential projects being developed in Narhe and 2 of them are still under construction. There are a good number of schools and hospitals and 2 shopping malls in and around Narhe along with parks, gardens and national parks that provide greenery and create a pollution free environment. Good things here

It is gated society with amenities like Gym, Club house, temple, children play area, solar heated water

Autos and Cabs easily available

Low traffic

Great Schools nearby

Hospitals are accessible

Decent residents

Safe in the night

Safe for children

Low pollution

Adequate water

Things need improvement

It has uncovered parking, But as conveyance deed is executed it wont be problem after discussing with society

fell safe for myself and for family innighttime within the locality,well maintained locality ,it is clean at all time

There are plenty of PGs or hostels, and both singles and families can find a flat. Due to the proximity of two excellent engineering colleges, Narhe, the neighbourhood is filled with students from all over.

The locality of Narhe is a good one. A government-aided hospital is nearby, Sinhgad Road and Khau Galli can be reached in 15 minutes, and there are vegetable markets and well-developed stores close to it.

In the daytime, public transportation is decent; city buses arrive every few minutes or so. There are enough supermarkets, little food stands, and shops for daily necessities. There are plenty Uber and Ola cabs/autos available.
