Good things here

Present serving civil servants - IAS< IFS and IRS officers are residing here, as they are present here good security is available, very less power cuts, and no water logging in streets during rainy season. Good quality water. Velammal CBSE, Global and State board schools are at walkable distance (500 mts) Velammal Engineering College (Reputed Institute) affiliated to Anna University is at walkable distance.

Good things here

The rent here is budget friendly, the police station is also within walking distance and the police also keep patrolling here and CCTV cameras are installed everywhere.Public transportation is available here and taxis are also easily available.Local market is also available
