This colony offers several advantages. This colony has excellent connectivity with major roads and metro stations. This locality has vibrant market with a variety of shops, grocery stores, restaurants. This is closer to many reputed educational institutes and healthcare facilities. This locality has benefits from regular patrolling by local police. Several parts of this colony are equipped with CCTV cameras for enhancing security. The streets are well lit at night.

Things need improvement

Similar to other bustling locales in Delhi, this area faces significant traffic congestion and challenges with finding parking, particularly around the market zone. The road condition is also not so great.

Sector 9 is one of the best areas of Rohini. With good infrastructure and well greenery the place offers amazing comforts and experience. DC Chowk market is nearby which provides one-stop solution for every need from tuitions to smart bazars such as rajmandir ,krishna supermart etc

it's a good choice coz it has all the facilities available at walking distance. branch of almost all banks, schools, hospitals and Metro Station are nearby. e rickshaw and buses etc are easily accessible. security guard are available at every gate of the society.
