Good things here

This is right close to uttarhalli circle with buses plying to North/East/West of bangalore and in close proximity of educational institutions.

Things need improvement

Nothing really but yes anyone dependent on public transport like metro will have to travel 4-5 kms before they can catch one.

Nandi Brindavaan is located in Uttarahalli main road where educational instituions, shopping centers, hospitals, grocery stores are walkable distance

Being in this locality for nearly 20 years I absolutely love this locality due to its accessibility and convenience

Good things here

From this area public transport connection is good like metro is just 5 km around. Auto and Bus are frequently accessible. Easily accessible to temples and malls. On main road street lights are working and inside the some of road lights are not working. Every rarely power cuts happens.

Multiple office hubs nearby and also metro stations. But prices are still quite reasonable in comparison to several adjacent locations. So I feel that it is a ripe area for investing to gain future rewards.
