There are no seepage or leakage issues in the apartments, and the rooms are well-ventilated with spacious balconies available. ecurity is robust with available security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout. The elevators are properly installed and maintained. The residents are educated and respectful, and there are no water supply issues in the society. read more

The society lacks nearby metro and railway stations, and the approach road is in poor condition with non-functional street lights. There is a significant parking problem with chaotic and congested parking spaces. Additionally, facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available within the society. read more
