Good things here

Koramangala is one of the faster growing area of Bangalore, housing many tech parks and commercial properties, it's centres to many restaurants, salons, malls, school and colleges the locality houses all influential people of the city with proper CCTV surveillance. it is a very good property if the buyers remodify the present structure.

one major issue why the area is congestion and traffic chaos. particularly during peakk hours. the narrow streets and outdated infrastructure made commuting challenging, with frequent jam and parking issue

Good things here

The area is well connected with a strong public transport network making it easy to find taxis, auto and buses. there are good schools and limited hospitals nearby and the metro service is a great bonus. the roads are well kept which make travelling is smoother. police petrolling is also done at night.

Good things here

the locality is the readymade place for family people as they will be getting all the facilities here. good quality of drinking water is available in our area and each and every day morning we will be getting a newspaper and milk delivered to our doors. all the online apps like Amazon and Flipkart and big basket provide home delivery.

Good things here

This place is well connected to the city's core and is filled with cafes, restaurants and retail stores, providing a city like lifestyle that I attracts young workers and family like. The streets lined with trees and the parks that are kept in good condition, create a welcoming setting, harmonizing city life with the nature. The neighbourhood features a bend of the apartments and classy houses.

Things need improvement

Finding parking is a significant challenge, with Scarce areas available for both residence and visitors. The high interest in properties in this region has increased the cost of real estate, rendering it less accessible for middle income households. The traffic during rush hours is a bit of problem and it leads to the dust and sound pollution.
