The housing is so fresh and has proposed a substantial area for gardening. I love this place because it is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation and yoga here every morning. There is a huge space for walking too. My parents walk here everyday. The residence has proposed to set basketball and badminton courts too. The proposed swimming pool for kids and adults, gymnasium, club house, a big hall, where inhabitants will do meetings and any cultural programs as well. Housing assistants and authroty are so generous and beneficial over any crisis. Overall the place is highly recommended for me with lots of basic conveniences as well.

This project has good connectivity with highway, railway, metro. Some renowned hospitals Navachethana Hospital (4 km) Omega Multispecialty Hospital (4.6 km) KK Hospital (4.9 km) will be so close to my flat and for that, I can easily rush there at any crisis. Well known schools like MEC Public School (4.9 km) Chrysalis High Yelahanka (5 km) Ryan International School Yelahanka (8.2 km) are just a few walks behind from my spot. Students also can stay in a rented flat as well. Hotels and restaurants like Treebo Rotano Suites (5.8 km) Royal Orchid Resort and Convention Centre (6.2 km) Sherlock’s Lounge and Kitchen Yelahanka (6.8 km) are also close to my prospect place.

The environment of this place is so calm and green across the campus. So, for me, it can be a best choice for a person who loves the serenity of nature. A soothing breeze blows every time that makes the surroundings very pleasant. This mild atmosphere is also favourable for me in doing Meditation as well. I will do yoga everyday here. They have ample space for gardening as well. I even have covered parking slots for saving my cars from rain and sun. The foremost plan of this place to serve a hassle-free lifestyle to the dwellers. Being truly a nature lover, this place is the perfect choice for me as well.

For me, it would be the best recommendation for the people like me who loves serenity with luxury as well. The developers have served a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary art and design in the settings of buildings and the whole campus with lots of major amenities. The rooms of apartments have large spaces and decorated beautifully till now. They proposed to decorate more too. All rooms are coloured with distemper colours and have modular kitchen set up. The floors are decorated with beautiful Turkish tiles. I have decided to chose a 3BHK flat for my family to live here and to enjoy the all the luxuries of this proposed place.

Vaishnavi Serene situated in Yelahanka in Bangalore has proposed to deliver me all the conveniences as well. The developers are much efficient and hard working. I'm so much grateful to say that the project will transmit me all the perfect maintenance with some major security services, 24×7 CCTV surveillance, Internet connection is so good here. The housing units are excellently constructed and found amidst green landscapes here as well. This project shares with us some major facilities like a huge place for jogging and walking, parks for children, sufficient spaces for yoga and meditation. I love that the authority and the assistants are so friendly and beneficial.

The industrial units in proximity to Yelahanka make it a high-pollution area. The garbage disposal is also not good, leading to poor water quality and bad smelling drains. Traffic jams are quite a concern in Hebbal Flyover and Yelahanka Flyover.
