Also, in case of emergency, you can talk to the neighbors nearby and the ATM is also now located within walking distance. Exceptional infrastructure quality with good public transport connectivity and excellent security arrangements in the premises makes it one of the best places to stay as the prices are also as per the locality and facilities. Connectivity is good that it takes very little time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cab as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. There are numerous colleges, malls, schools, and hospitals within walking distance of this project.

Bonham Patisserie Kolhapur Spice Restaurant is your one-stop destination for quality food service. The homes are well built as well as safety at night is quite good and you can trust the security guards who are always on their toes to keep the security tight. Low pollution levels as there is a lot of greenery inside the premises. The public transport is within reach and there are no traffic jams and because of this reason cabs arrive on time. There are shops, a gym, a swimming pool, parks, a well-maintained road with street lights and CCTV cameras. Well-maintained parks with regular maintenance and cleanliness are a normal thing here.

Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. It is suitable for both senior and young people because to the well-built and maintained roads, parks, and beautiful flora. Cabs arrive on time since public transportation is readily available and traffic is light outdoors. Regular police patrolling with security guards and CCTV cameras there may be no crimes happening in or around the project.

DAV Public School and St Joseph's High School are in the same area. Orion Mall is a 15-minute walk away and DMart Supermarket is a 5-10-minute walk. Amazing construction and design of homes along with the availability of good public transport options makes this a happening place to live. Public transport is also accessible as it is just a few minutes to reach the bus or auto stand. Cabs can be booked anytime as they find it easier to reach this place. The connectivity is also good because there are many schools, colleges, hospitals, local market with nearby auto/bus stand. Police patrolling and CCTV cameras installed throughout the vicinity make it an even safer place for residents and visitors.

You can easily get good public transport here cabs or autos are frequently available so there is no problem in reaching somewhere even in case of emergency. Well connected with all major roads and the residents find it easier to catch a bus or auto which located nearby. There are lots of schools, colleges, institutes, malls, hospitals and markets nearby. Police patrolling, security at parks, pools, gyms, street Cctv cameras, pollution-free environment, and good connectivity options makes this an excellent place to live. Night safety is good; there is not much problem here.
